The Opportunity Circle

Every person holds the power to grow, to dream, and to transform their future — but it all begins with a safe space where they feel seen, supported, and empowered. The Opportunity Circle is that space. It’s where education ignites potential, employment opens doors, life skills build confidence, and human connection fuels purpose. Here, dreams aren’t just spoken — they’re nurtured, shared, and brought to life, together.

Discover Our Mission and Vision for Future Success

321 Buddy Fundraising was founded with the mission to foster charitable support and provide inclusive, safe spaces for the Down Syndrome community within Pierce County and neighboring regions. Over time, 321 Buddy has grown into a community cornerstone—bringing together families, professionals, and advocates to build a supportive environment.

Building on this momentum, The Opportunity Circle will serve as a dedicated facility aimed at expanding services to adults with special needs. The center will focus on personal development, social inclusion, and career readiness. Our vision is to dismantle systemic barriers by educating the community and offering direct support that empowers individuals to achieve their full potential—socially, emotionally, and professionally.
