Our first 10 week quarter for this session will begin on March 30th. Sign up for your Nutrition Class Sign up here. By Signing up you will be attending classes from 12:30pm – 3:30pm every Monday from March 30th to June 2nd. Each session is 3 hours long and offers a collaboration of socialization, daily life skills, physical activity, personal growth and the focus of the specific session. The schedule is as follows:
12:30: Members arrive at program
1:00-1:30: Community sharing time
1:30-2:00: Participate in recreational activity
2:00-3:30: Members participate in specific activity associated with the session that was chosen
