Our first 10 week quarter for this session will begin on June 2nd. Sign up for your Nutrition Class Sign up here.  By Signing up you will be attending classes from 9am- 12pm every Wednesday from April 2nd  to June 5th.  Each session is 3 hours long and offers a collaboration of socialization, daily life skills, physical activity, personal growth and the focus of the specific session. The schedule is as follows:

9:00: Members arrive at program
9:30-10:00: Community sharing time
10:00-10:30: Participate in recreational activity
10:30-12:00: Members participate in specific activity associated with the session that was chosen
